Before you can place an order with us, you must be certain that your browser has cookies enabled.

Enabling Cookies in IE 6.X:
1. Click on Tools in the menu bar of your browser located at the top of the browser window. Then click Internet Options....
2. Click on the Privacy tab in the dialog box that appears.
3. Click on the Advanced... button under Settings.
4. Make sure the "Override automatic cookie handling" checkbox it checked.
5. Set the radio buttons for First-party cookies and Third-party cookies to "Accept".
6. Click OK and then OK again. Your settings will be saved.

Enabling Cookies IE 5.x:
1. Click on Tools in the menu bar of your browser located at the top of the browser window. Then click Internet Options....
2. Click on the Security tab in the dialog box that appears.
3. Click on the Custom Level button.
4. Scroll down and find "Cookies" and then select "Enable".

Enabling Cookies in IE 4.x:
1. Click on View in the menu bar of your browser located at the top of the browser window. Then click Internet Options....
2. Click the Advanced tab in the dialog box that appears.
3. Go down to the "Cookies" section and click "Always Accept Cookies".
4. Click OK.

Enabling Cookies in Netscape 6.0:
1. Click on Edit and then Preferences... in the menu bar of your browser located at the top of the browser window.
2. Click on the arrow next to the Privacy and Security option under the category menu on the left of the dialog box that pops up.
3. Click the Cookies option.
4. Under Cookie Acceptance Policy, check the radio button for Enable all cookies.
5. Click OK.

Enabling Cookies in Netscape 4.7:
1. Click on Edit and then Preferences... in the menu bar of your browser located at the top of the browser window.
2. Click on the Advanced option in the category menu on the left of the box that pops up.
3. Under the Cookies option, click Accept all cookies.
4. Click OK.

1.  Select images from your Event Album that you wish to order.
2.  After you have selected all the images that you desire prints or gifts of, click Add Photos to Car. You will be taken to the shopping cart, which will be filled with your selected images. Note: You can always return to your album to select more images and then return to your shopping cart to continue processing your order.

3.  Once in the shopping cart, each image will be displayed on the left of your screen with some options below it. Click the Add Products link under the image, and a dialog box will pop up with the product options in it. There are 2 pull down menus to help you navigate through the product line. The first is the Category menu, from which you can select the type of item you would like to order, such as a print or gift item.  After selecting a category of item, the lower dropdown will contain the list of items available in that category. You will again select which item you would like from that menu. Next, enter the quantity of the chosen item that you would like to order. Click Add Item when you have chosen what you want.

4.  During the ordering process, you can navigate in and out of your photo album or help pages.  You can clear your entire order if you want to go back and make some changes. 

When you are satisfied with your shopping cart's contents, click Proceed to Checkout to proceed with the ordering process.

During the checkout process, you can elect to have your order shipped to an address other than your own. We can ship items to many places around the world. Also, you can provide any friends and family you wish with a link to your event album, and they can order their own prints separately. Just remember to share with them the web address and the login information.

5.  After proceeding to the checkout page, you will be asked to fill in your billing and shipping information, such as name, address, and phone number. You will then be taken to a page that will allow you to review your order to ensure that your address and your order is correct. On this page, you will also be asked to select your preferred shipping method. The total price will be calculated for you at the bottom of this digital invoice.  Appropriate taxes will be applied depending on where your item is being shipped.
6.  After you are satisfied that your order is complete and correct, you can Continue With your Order here and process your credit card information on our secured server.
7.  Once on the secured server, you will enter your credit card information and billing address and then click on Continue With Order.  You will be redirected to a final online invoice that will show your entire order and will give you an order number.   We suggest printing a copy of that invoice page as a reference to your order so you easily refer to it when it arrives or in case you need to make changes after it has been processed.
